Check the presence of the protective film!

I was so pleased with the Miltat SKX strap that I bought a Seiko Samurai specifically matched to the Miltat Hex Oyster. The craftsmanship is impeccable. The tolerances are so tight that you can hold the watch at a 90 degree angle by the clasp and it won't sag. Nothing rattles, everything fits perfectly. At first I couldn't close the clasp properly and wanted to send it back but found there was a piece of protective film inside. Each element of the bracelet is protected. So if it doesn't close…

The bracelet is fantastic despite the clasp

The hexagonal design complements the samurai's square lugs perfectly. The bracelet is solid and incredibly well constructed. It captures light very well and can easily match OEM straps on watches over $2,000. The clasp is definitely not the star of the show, it's a little chunky and looks like a cheap Seiko clasp on a nice bracelet. I believe Strapcode offers another model with a much more aesthetic clasp that harmonises with the hex links I recommend.

This is a bracelet that Seiko should have made

I was initially skeptical because of all the negative reviews about fit and quality so I bought from Revain knowing I could return it if needed. I don't understand the negatives, this is without a doubt a huge improvement over the original Seiko band. I had problems with my factory spring bars initially, couldn't get both of them to seat properly so I tried the ones supplied which are also very good quality, thick and strong and it only took me 30 seconds to get the bracelet to to use their…

Hope you don't have to change.

I was hoping I wouldn't have to change the Samurai's strap, but once you've applied the strapcode, that's no problem. I was very pleased with the bracelet that the samurai brought. They were strong strong end links, a dive extension and a decent stamped clasp. But I started getting hot spots and the dive sensor imprint stayed on my wrist. So I decided to give it a try with the intention of returning the item. NOT what happened at all. I tried to compare it but it was like night and day. The…

Like it but doesn't fit

Received the bracelet today and spent the last 45 minutes fitting the end links to the watch case (Seiko Samurai). I've tried different spring bars with no success. I can see that the end links are not flush with the bottom, with small gaps on one side of each end link. I consider myself a very competent person and have tried everything to make this bracelet fit. It cost me 2 spring bars (I destroyed the grooves trying to get the end of the spring bar into the hole) and a small screwdriver…

Disappointing Best watch band

I wouldn't say there's anything wrong with it, but for $100 I expected a lot more. It's only marginally nicer (feels more secure) than the cheap $30 Revain straps and is in no way an improvement over the standard Seiko strap. This would be fine if your samurai didn't come with a bracelet, but it's by no means an upgrade if it did. Bad clasp, no diver extension, end link seat not so clean. I won't be ordering more/others for different watches - I'll stick cheap or bite the bullet and pay full…
