Seller uses translator and does not speak English. "Load" is incomprehensible. I bought it thinking it was WAY under priced due to the power bank inside. It is not. It has a USB socket on the outside of the case and a USB plug on the inside, so you can put the charger in the bag and charge the device outside of the bag. Haven't used the bag enough to judge durability but from other reviews you can't walk or walk with this bag and parts can fall off completely with normal use.
