installed correctly, the only thing that doesn't work is .

installs correctly, the only thing that doesn't work is the volume up and down on my steering wheel. The car I used this suspension in is a 2014 Hyundai Genesis Coupe.

I returned this device after 31 days without opening it because it was determined in good time that the installation is at best not necessary. I turned to Pak. Stereo and they were happy to take it back even though the guaranteed return period was one day longer. I paid for the return shipping but I have to do it as it was only returned because it was not needed. I am very satisfied with their customer service and that is why I am giving this review. Controls almost everything except USB data

Very few complaints as this harness/adapter box was fairly easy to connect to the head unit rail with the rail provided (I used it with a Pioneer DMH-1500NEX which it works CarPlay/Android Auto, just for reference). Likewise, it actually retains steering wheel control, as well as parking brake detection (the latter doesn't need to be wired directly to the parking brake switch, which is nice), and even gives cues from the headlights to be automatically dimmed/on at night.
