Review on PAC RP4 2 HY11 Replacement Interface Pre Programmed by Micheal Chaplain

I returned this device after 31 days without opening it because it was determined in good time that the installation is at best not necessary. I turned to Pak. Stereo and they were happy to take it back even though the guaranteed return period was one day longer. I paid for the return shipping but I have to do it as it was only returned because it was not needed. I am very satisfied with their customer service and that is why I am giving this review. Some might argue that it's mostly about customer service and not the product itself, but to me, CS is part of the overall experience and synonymous with liking or disliking. Other than that the other reviews are good which is why I got it first and then returned it with no issues. This makes the purchase even safer. Many Thanks
