Type of review

I like how it helps keep me organized, keeps track of my time off work as well! It can get confusing when looking at your paychecks to see what you've earned or not but that's why there is an option for reminders in case we forget something important about our checklists/paycheck information etc.. The only thing i dislike sometimes with pace onboarding are all those pop ups coming out from nowhere which would be annoying if they werent so helpful!! Overall its great having this system set up…

Pros
  • Abilityto add notes easily throughout entire process + have easy visibility over upcoming tasks due date scheduleetc..+ ability todo same task multiple times per week without reusing old ones !:)
Cons
  • Sometimes laggyness while making corrections

I think that it's very convenient to be able to do all of my onboarding on one page. There are times when you accidentally click "next" instead of "back," and this is a little frustrating. The layout of the page can become confusing at times as well. But overall, I like how easy it is to use! It makes things so much easier than having to send out multiple documents or emails. I like that it is very clear what to do next in each step of my onboarding process, as well as how many days are left…

Pros
  • Easy access via browser; no need install plugins required which saves me some headaches down below..:) Also good support team if needed
Cons
  • As far too often i get stuck somewhere along way during boarding

Great System and easy set up process

The ease of use, it is very simple to navigate through each step in order for me as an employee or new hire into our organization with no prior experience using this system! I wish there was more training/tutorials available online because sometimes you need help figuring out how certain features work but that's not always possible when working from home during your free time while also juggling other responsibilities like taking care my family etc.. If anyone has any questions about navigating

  • It’s so organized compared even those who have worked here several years ago before we moved everything over onto pulse software platform which can take some getting used too if someone hasn't been introduced previously but once learned its amazing what kind

Very affordable and simple way too keep your staff up-do date

I started using POCO to onboard new employees into the IT department. It's very cost effective compared to other services in our area (i.e., ADP). Plus, I love that they have been able to implement all of my functions/tasks. Nothing at this time! Honestly though, it wasn't worth paying $500+ per employee for training when you could get most or even all of those tools with their free plan. The ability of being able see what tasks were completed/to do next is great as well because we can track…

Great way to keep employees engaged

I like that it is easy to use, simple (no complicated questions), can be used for any size of organization with multiple departments/offices etc., flexible enough so you don't have all your ducks in one row by using only this tool. It's not too hard but does require some time investment before getting into how things work. There are other products out there which do more or less what we want them to do.
