Review on Pace Onboarding by Jimmy Jefferson

I like that it is easy to use, simple (no complicated questions), can be used for any size of organization with multiple departments/offices etc., flexible enough so you don't have all your ducks in one row by using only this tool. It's not too hard but does require some time investment before getting into how things work. There are other products out there which do more or less what we want them to do. But if they had been around when our previous onboarding system was first developed we would've saved ourselves tons of headaches!
