I bought them for a candle warmer. I need some I didn't know about until they finally burned down. It lasts more than 2 years or longer. I even remember when I got my warmer now. These bulbs are great. I thought I had already left a review but turns out I didn't! I bought these to replace the light bulbs in my kitchen (a self installed Ikea light with 4 moving bulbs) and they fit perfectly. This was one of the options so I chose it based on reviews and cost compared to other products that came up in my search. I've had it for a week now, it's very easy to install and works great. They are great. They last a lot longer than I thought. If they do not hold you, then most likely it is about installing a lamp. The light fixture needs to have good airflow or it will burn out pretty quickly. With open lights there should be no problems. However, if you have built-in lighting, make sure you aren't blocking the airflow in the attic with insulation or anything like that. I have 27 recessed lights and 5 outdoor lights with these bulbs.
