Very bright, good for LED lamps

Bought these green ones and a set of red ones to replace old Christmas lightbulbs. They are MUCH brighter than the old ones and use less power. I'm not sure if they will pay for themselves in energy savings any time soon, but I love the fact that I can hang 4 or 5 of these babies on my Christmas lights without having to complete the circuit and burn my house down. And if they last 4 or 5 years I will convince myself that it was a good investment. The only thing stopping this from a 5 star…

I love these lamps, bright and durable

They're lighting up our outdoor trees in ways never seen before. They were a bit more expensive than the bulbs I had previously, but they certainly used less power. It didn't bother me too much as they are only turned on for a short time each year and the warmth of the old lamps helped keep the snow out. My problem with the old light bulbs I bought at the local hardware store was that they were white bulbs that were tinted different colors and the color faded after a year or two at most…

Great for Halloween and Thanksgiving

I bought these to replace my other PAR threads. However, the picture is slightly different. The picture shows an orange lens. But if you get bulbs, it's a clear lens. But your bulb inside is covered in orange. The light itself is white. Some people like silver. These lights are waterproof. Some PAR lights have a solid base that will let water or snow through if you don't seal the ground socket properly.
