Misleading Accuracy, Waste of Money!

This thermometer boasted of accuracy, but I found it to be nowhere near the mark. Through trial and error, I found that it reads a good 10 degrees higher than the actual temperature in my fridge - which could lead to spoiled food if not checked with an alternative thermometer. The only pro is its cheap price. Unfortunately, that's just a waste of money for a poor quality and inaccurate product. Don't bother purchasing this for your Home and Kitchen.

Pros
  • Accurate temperature readings for both fridge and freezer
Cons
  • No indication of temperature range or alarms for when temperature is too high/low

Inaccurate readings

After testing 10 thermometers, all showed an inaccuracy of 5-8 degrees. Not suitable for reading in the fridge or freezer. (The other 2 were given away.)

Pros
  • Elegant design

I liked the price. Liked the design. The reading temperature was ok. Didn't like that the temperature in the group fluctuates by 6 + or - degrees. All it took was pushing a maximum of 1/2 inch for the same reading to be easily read. A very simple solution needs to be added. Even if it's not exact. temp, if all read the same temp, the function will let you know when the temp is moving. The temperature was 40 degrees and the ice was frozen. Because if the temperature suddenly went to 50 or 60…
