When I received the original item one of the two was not working properly. I contacted the seller about the problem and they immediately sent me a replacement. I now have two perfectly working tablets, one for my niece and one for my nephew for Christmas. They are easy to use, have a pin-to-board cable, and are lightweight. Great for them as they learn to write and improve fine motor skills! Great product and great customer service!

What I need for my 3 and 5 year old children. They are light. The ink comes out naturally, like the colors of the rainbow. There is no single stroke eraser. You can only clear the entire screen. There is a switch on the back that needs to be turned on to clear the screen. The 4x 3M magnetic bars are very strong.
