Bought this because I needed the quantity - now I use it for smoking macaroni and cheese and baked beans - not to mention baking😃

I bake over 60 types of bread at once and they turn out perfect! They hold enough dough to make a good loaf, but are small enough to sell bread at a very reasonable price. The price per pot is also ideal, as opposed to bought prices which cost you half of your profits.

The Fit & Leaf aluminum mold line is very durable and bakes well. I bought a small order to try as I had never heard of this brand before but I am now a regular customer and have bought different sized glasses. You should rinse and dry the glasses before use, I noticed that there are silver particles in the glasses.

The reason I bought these is because I was looking for a pan that is bigger than a pound. But they are very small and narrow. I don't think you can fit 2lbs of anything (except maybe a very dense bread pudding). I regularly bake 1 1/2 to 2 pound flatbreads that are twice as wide and about 2 inches longer than this pan. We recently bought a RoadPro as my husband is a driver and anything that makes his ride a little more comfortable and convenient is worth it. In addition, we believe that the installation will be useful even for short trips. The pans seem to be as durable as any other disposable pan I've used.
