PACK SPARKING Cigarette Lighter Extension Review

Bought to check the cable in a mobile home. At night I use an inverter to power the TV with 12 volts. I was tired of tripping over cords and bought these to route the cord under my mattress and pick up the power cord off the floor. They worked great. A simple cable management solution.

Ideal as an extension when using an air pump on car tires. Seems to be durable and the length was perfect plus there were two in the package for a great price. Also handy in a leisure car as there are always 12V accessories that may require a longer cable.

Again, they're made in China so keep an eye on them when you use them. They appear to be well made and heavy, for example they can handle 50 amperes without any problems. The problem is that if you try to power it from a standard outlet or cigarette lighter, they are only rated for a maximum current of 15-20 amps. (You can still use them) If you have a direct-wired outlet, you should be familiar with each application.

I haven't had a chance to fully test it yet. The length is just what I needed. Seems well done. I have two less than what the stores asked for one. Short test run to inflate a camping air mattress and it worked fine. The hike is scheduled in two weeks and will be a good test for him. Let's get back to how it works.

This was a good buy as the coiled cord kept falling out of the outlet and my son was frustrated that his chargers didn't work. I have had no problems with this cord and if there is a little tug on the cord it will not come out of the outlet. The best part is there were two in the package so I have a spare. I would definitely recommend this to others
