This ceramic container did not live up to its advertised quality. As my tests showed the lid does not fit properly and does not create an airtight seal.While it may look nice on a shelf, it is not practical for storing tea or espresso. The only pro is that it adds a pop of color to your Home and Kitchen decor. Unfortunately, it is not worth the price for such a flawed product..

Happy with looks; good enough to serve as a work of art. Particularly detailed, organic and realistic is the stem/goblet that serves as a closure for the lid. The ceramic piece has a shiny, flawless, even khaki glaze color. Nice but lacks the realism of the stem. I wish there was some naturalistic variation in color and texture so they don't look exactly the same. The hole for use as a storage container is about 1" in diameter with an exact tolerance so the lid fits fairly snugly. as it should.
