Attention buyers - you smell with masks

I have to say that the masks fit well and look nice. However, I am now very annoyed because everything in the store stinks. I was in a rush this morning and just opened the box and grabbed one to go grocery shopping. As soon as I was in the store I could smell a very strong odor as if you weren't wearing a fish department mask, soap/detergent and even other customers' perfume that they were wearing as they walked by at least 3ft. Quality construction but I cannot independently verify FDA's EUA claim

I work in the healthcare industry and have a lot of experience with masks. This mask feels well constructed and I love that the metal nose strip is woven into the material so it doesn't pop out like glued ones. Not too tight on the ears (again, I'm used to wearing masks at work all day, so maybe I'm a little more tolerant than I am). Comfortable fit, you can feel the filter/gasket when inhaling, reduces the ability to smell when on. I did 5 recommended tests to determine if it is fake or not. The tests included impact test, water leakage test, waterproof test, 5-ply test and fire test. It failed the water leak test, which bothered me, but I checked the KN95 specs and water leaks are not a requirement to pass KN95 certification, so it's not a reliable way to tell if it's one counterfeit.
