As good as the real thing, this GoPro Max cone! As with the originals, make sure they fit snug or you risk getting caught in a seam.

Fits well but messes up the video's seam line. This creates a gap in the image that is not present when using original lens caps. 360 videos have become more like a poorly stitched 2x180 video.

wearing these lenses you can only use Max in normal GoPro mode. The lenses distort the image too much at the corners, causing the 360 mode to have a very noticeable seam around the edges, rendering the footage almost unusable. It's 50% cheaper than the official price, so I don't know what I was expecting.

The Gopro Max 360 camera has raised fisheye lenses on each side of the camera and you have to be very careful not to put the camera on the lens and scratch it. Gopro supplies a pair of clear lens caps with the Gopro Max. I bought this item for the same purpose and found it to be much closer to the lens than the more bulbous Gopro cases.
