Seems ok for kids in the arts and crafts department

I bought this for my kids because there isn't much to buy between Crayola (primarily printer paper) and Canson (quality for art students). I bought it for $0.14 per sheet. I'm just starting to learn watercolor so I decided to use it myself to practice my techniques and warm up before painting. I couldn't even get the whole picture. Like they repackaged heavy sketch paper. Instantly absorbs water, mutes colors and does not smudge or lighten. It's not bad paper, it's just not watercolor paper. It

Excellent watercolor paper

I bought this for my 3 year old who is an aspiring artist. This is a great paper for children's watercolors as it won't tear or crease even if a three year old loves to paint. It has a wonderful tooth which gives the paper a very artistic texture. After my daughter has finished painting, I let the painting dry and then spray it lightly with a fine spray of water from a spray bottle and iron the paper on a low heat. This makes the paper smooth again (although it keeps the artistic texture) and I

My daughter LOVES to paint. She paints 5 or 6 pictures in one session, usually a few days a week. So we go through a lot of watercolor paper.
