They were and still are beautiful! They are soft, big, colorful and when I bought them they were very cheap as I still use them but I need to buy more. I have also bought several panniers and used them together and they have worked well for my needs. Very rich colors with variety and a few of each. fun to combine. I hope that was helpful. Ask anyone at Walmart or Hobby Lobby about bleeding tissue paper. To attempt. They look at you like you're crazy! But raven. oh raven How I love you! I ask you and you get multiple results and options! This specimen I picked arrived on time, lots of colors and just what this craftsman wanted! The shading colors are BEAUTIFUL! The shades are amazing! When I'm done (it's going to take a long time! There was a lot of stuff!) I won't bother with anyone anymore. I'm coming back here to get it!

Well, the bleeding tissue lives up to its promise. I've tried it on plain paper and canvas, it colored the material but didn't color as well or as darkly as I was hoping. Some colors were painted more dominantly than others. As the napkin dried, it tinted the canvas slightly, but was slightly lighter on paper. The fabric bleeds and flows so it's great and the value of the package (quantity and price) is great too but I was satisfied with the ones included colors unsatisfied. Bright colors are not worth it. I understand some reviewers were disappointed with the proliferation of deep color stains, but I see the whole point in that! I want the brightness and the distinct shape of the remaining fabric. Didn't know they were smaller I thought each color pops but that's my fault. I gave 4 stars for the way they are packaged; They are not packaged as shown. There are 3 of them in there instead of a rainbow, so I had to look for the colors I needed in different sections and flip through each napkin (since I wanted to keep them in the wrapper).
