Works great with PS5 and Samsung Q90T, 4K@120Hz

So I bought this cable to replace the original HDMI cable that came with PS5 as it was too short. Nothing to write home about works great, I get 4K @ 120Hz playing Call of Duty Cold War on my Samsung q90t.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Nothing

I can't connect my Sony 4K DVD player to my Samsung 4K TV

. I went to my local electronics store and bought a good quality HDMI 4K cable and it worked right away. This cable is 1080p capable though - I've been using it with my old 1080p Blu-ray player for a few weeks with no problems.

Pros
  • . Worth the money.
Cons
  • . Can't remember.

Great for 4K gaming and Dolby Atmos speakers

On PS4 I had occasional stuttering interruptions. I realized it was a Monoprice HDMI cable. I switched to this cable, tight! Later I bought another one for the N950 Atmos soundbar. I needed white wire to blend into the baseboards as it was impractical to hide the wire in this setup. I was very satisfied with the quality of the cable.

Doesn't support HDMI 2.1 for PC

Maybe I just have a bad cable, but I'm assuming the cable doesn't actually support 48Gb/s and is only advertised as such; You don't expect it to be used for things like PC where color compression is turned off and bandwidth is really tested. In my case, the data feed was regularly interrupted, which led to frequent brief disconnections. Reading online my setup (4k @ 120hz, 4:4:4) was only supposed to be using 40Gbps so it didn't fit even when tested below its throughput. My replacement for…

Pros
  • Not cheap, but decent
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

No problem with PS4 Pro, AppleTV 4K and LG OLED 75 " 4K HDR

clean rooms The cable is well designed, well made, not too thick, not too thin 4K HDR 60Hz, over 4:2:0 .For Apple TV 4K, Dolby Vision. For gaming it's also a great option. Personally I use it with PS4 Pro, AppleTV 4K and LG OLED 75" set with 4K HDR/Atmos support. They work great and I have no issues with HDR, Dolby Atmos or Vision.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • For old

Enjoy 4K @ 120Hz Gaming and Dolby Vision

I always buy the latest and greatest HDMI cables to avoid handshake issues. After buying a new Xbox One X, I was struggling to find a signal for my receiver and Sony 4K TV. I know in the past HDMI either worked or didn't support Dolby Atmos. All versions of HDR like 10 and Dolby Vision etc stay ahead better with Pacroban cables. They did a great job solving problems. They are what they say. They are (HDMI 2.1) and at a great price. The cable arrived quickly and was packaged in a nice box rather

  • Regular Price

  • Not Bad

Excellent construction

Probably the only negative I can say about these cables is that they are pure white. It's easy to hide against the white wall in my entertainment center and nobody will see it. The plug looks like something out of Star Wars. I'm upgrading from HDMI 2.0 to 2.1 because of the new LG-C9 and a 4K Blu-ray player. I bought HDMI 2.0 when they were first released and they've had a good life and I think these 2.1 HDCP 2.2 cables will last a while. I was hoping to fix 2 issues by replacing my old cables…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Thin

Never heard of them.

Now I grew up in a time when there were many cable brands like: Monster, Acoustic Research, RCA, JVC, Belkin, Sony etc. To my surprise they still exist - and these Prices are even higher than before! Then came HDMI. Many cable brands have made a lot of money selling cables. Monoprice came in with their hateful marketing style that told people cable was cable. They forgot to add WHAT the cable is made and HOW it is made to maximize transmission also plays a part in this - overall. Monoprice…
