I have a 140lb wild dog. Walking with him can be a problem. This leash is perfect for us. This short leash allows me to have more control over him when he is agitated and trying to run away. I feel like it makes us safer. It's well made and looks great. We will continue to use this leash as a teaching tool until he gets a little better on our walks.

I love this short leash! I have a medium sized dog (40lbs) and there is still enough length here to give him some room to sniff or potty train without being uncomfortable. Most importantly, it keeps them close in crowded places and I don't have to loosely wrap them around my wrist like a regular leash would. It rolls well but I think it would also be great for controlling dogs that are pulling.

This leash was an invaluable aid in our rescuer's retraining. It's small enough that I can leave it attached to my collar without ruining it, but long enough that I don't have to bend down to hold it. It is definitely strong, durable and comfortable to use. It's also easy to clean (it rode in the mud with the bracket attached). Our doggy daycare is also a training facility, he recommended this species and when we dropped him off there he said it was perfect

Bought because I like to let my dogs run free but in my area they need to be on some sort of leash. I take them for a walk early in the morning and we never see the other person. In any case, they are perfect for that. I was very surprised at the quality when I received it. They are very comfortable to hold, are made of really good material and the clasp at the end is very high quality. If I ever need to buy one again I won't hesitate to buy this again.

Let me preface this review with three things: 1) I am returning this leash; 2) I'm 6 feet 3 inches tall; 3) I have two 55 pound Labradoodles that I really wanted to love. this leash because I thought it was just what I was looking for.
