Lightweight and easy to use.

I love how light it is and doesn't weigh down my projects. Doesn't stick to your fingers either. But even if you let it dry completely in the mold, as soon as you take it out, it starts to curl up and doesn't lay flat. It also does not stick easily when using a gel medium. But I still like the product.

Pros
  • Special Offer
Cons
  • Nothing

You must buy this, I highly recommend it if you are a handyman!

This tone is amazing! It's big and very soft. I tried to make amulets and figurines out of it, but nothing came of it, maybe because I still have to work hard. I recommend that you keep a water bottle to soften the clay as it can dry out as you work with it. Anyway, that tone is amazing!

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Unreliable

High quality ceramic and pottery

I love Hearty, have been using it for over a year or two! It tears a little when dry like most clays, but it is easy to patch and is very light when dry. Color is also easily absorbed; The red octopus was made with Hearty and took the color significantly better than the other tone used for the blue. I've bought this brand before and will continue to use it, it's definitely my favorite air dry clay for most projects.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Crumpled

good product - poor shipping weighs positive

I love the product but bought 3 of these and they put all 3 in a postal envelope and the paper tone is now compressed so the contents each is less than an inch thick and the material is hard as stone and not as malleable. At over $11 each, the jumbled $33 is very disappointing to say the least. The packaging of Revain got sloppy and horrible from now on I will jump in the car and forget about Revain, this is the 4th time in a few months bad packaging and shipping, I work too hard for my money.

Pros
  • White 200g (7oz)
Cons
  • Obsolete model

Very fun to work with but store tightly!

I've never worked with clay, so I really wanted to try this. The audio itself is excellent. Lots of texture and malleability. This is a great size if you plan on playing around with tons of clay. Just store it in tight zip pockets. I just put one on the open end and it dried around the edges. I ended up cutting mine in two and storing them in an airtight plastic bag. My only downside with this type of clay is that it is not smooth and can get very flaky. I've seen tutorials about adding water…

Pros
  • Ultra light white clay, smooth, does not stick to fingers, easy to work with.
Cons
  • weak

Dries quickly but blends well

Oh my god, worth the money. I'm glad I bought this and not the $17 version at my art supply store. Unfortunately, I don't like dry clay outdoors. I work better with oven baked clay like Super Sculpey as I can take my time and adjust whenever I want without worrying about it drying out. Hearty dries VERY quickly. You must have an idea before you open this article and start sculpting. The catch was that at one point I decided to make a pretty simple snail. and the body and shell are already dry…

Pros
  • Made in Japan
Cons
  • Expensive
