I like that it's easy to use and very intuitive. I dislike that sometimes you have to go through several steps to get something done. It can be frustrating when you're trying to do something simple like add an image or change a color scheme. I don't think I've run into any issues with the platform itself. The customer service team are fantastic - they're very quick at responding when issues arise with our website or plugins! I also love that we can manage all aspects (caching) ourselves without having an expensive dedicated server from them managing it as well :) We've only had support tickets once in three months but have always received replies within 24 hours which makes life so much easier! I'm able to access my website from anywhere in world with no problems at all! The speed was better than expected as well. There were minor glitches here or there which took me about one day before they made it right again but nothing too major nor did anything affect our site's performance much at any point during that downtime period (which also meant i could continue working!). We're looking into adding more servers so we can expand further when needed without slowing down anytime soon though

It makes web design simple because you can just drag& drop your files into place without having any technical knowledge or skills required at all (aside from knowing how use Photoshop).
