no claims on the item but it was bought for someone's gift list and delivered by them without me being the buyer so I had to rudely ask the recipient if they actually found it in their mailbox, not important but sort of screwed up surprise because the recipient didn't know who the gift was from!

I bought this crystal necklace thinking it would just be a small crystal around my neck, but it is just huge! That's all I didn't want when I bought it! If you want a small thin crystal chain, don't buy it!

Wrong item received. Simple rose gold plated earrings. Onyx tag sticker pasted on another label! And there is no turning back! upset

The chain was not very good, in the end the ring was not enough to attach it to the clasp. The packaging was good and the stone was ok, I don't hate it but I don't live it either. I probably would have given at least 4 stars if the chain had been of better quality. Now I have to find something better to wear.

I love it, it will help keep the negative energy out. Looks just like the photo, well packaged. I love the gift box it came in.

Gorgeous wiring and stone. It was what I expected. It was a present for my husband and he was delighted. We only wish the chain was a little longer.

This is an artificial stone made of plastic, painted blue. Real onyx is never as bright, blue and melts as plastic. Too bad I can't even return this item. I feel robbed. The chain is very thin and lacks a proper end link so you can actually use the chain.

Definitely not what I was expecting, I was expecting the crystal to be a bit smoother although I think it is shorter. The chain is thin, very cheap, so I had to order another one.

I really love these crystals. I have them around my neck, in the car, at home, in the office. I try to fill my life with positive things and it's amazing.
