Not worth the money spent

I was extremely disappointed with the Automotive Lighting & Electrical Replacement Part I purchased. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I expected better performance from this product. Although the wire might be long enough for some applications, the quality of the wire and connectors are subpar. It was a waste of money and time. The only positive aspect was the fast delivery service.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Limited color options

Great Wire: Lighting and Electrical

I am helping a friend wire a 32 year old 5 window Ford coupe and I needed an extra wire. I like the painless wire, the insulation doesn't melt as easily as some of the cheaper materials so the coating doesn't soak up the wire when you need to fiddle with the connector.

Pros
  • Replacement Parts
Cons
  • Some Difficulties

Excellent wire, best gauge

requires additional wire. I like the painless wire, the insulation doesn't melt as easily as some of the cheaper materials so the coating doesn't soak up the wire when you need to fiddle with the connector.

Pros
  • Real stranded copper core, light XLPE insulation for superior abrasion resistance and easy installation
Cons
  • Basically OK, but...
