🚙 Paision Brake Light for 1994-1996 Ford Bronco Review

This product fits my 96 f250 terribly. Docking cables is also annoying. The "customs seal" does not even touch the truck.

Used to replace a badly worn third brake light on my 1995 F250. In body and truck painting; and the light really beautifies things. Easy installation, looks good and works well. Definitely recommend.

Well LEDs are cheap for so much money. I will replace them with higher quality LEDs. I had to cut the screws off the back, heat it with a hair dryer to make it fit better. All in all it took about 20 kin to complete and the installation looks good apart from a cheap lens. But as I said, I really only wanted it to live in.

There are two screws on the outside edges inside this light that basically hold it together, they stick out so far that you can't put them back in the hole in the roof without a large flow gap. I had to sand both sides and then double up the gaskets to get a leak free seal. Cheap bad design.

This light could be a bit brighter, but for the number of LEDs in this device it's not bad. There are no instructions, so the most important thing to know is which wire color powers which bulbs. Either use a test lamp or just google it. It took 10 minutes to install, the appearance is better than the factory one. The only thing I can say is that it would have been nice to have a thicker gasket.

1997 Ford f350 connector mismatch and mounting holes in weatherstrip decal did not match. The screws holding the device together had to be unscrewed because it hit the cabin. Just reinstall the wires, slide the screws through the gasket and sand the plastic. I added a 6 ohm 50 watt resistor between the hot brake and the ground wire. Automatic transmissions need to see some resistance (normal light) for the torque converter to lock and unlock properly.

I bought this as a replacement for my 1996 Ford Bronco after the brake light connector in the original part became rusty. The new part fits perfectly. I was able to connect it to the original wiring harness easily, no splicing required. The light is much brighter than the original. The supplied gasket is not exactly the right size and shape and the holes in the gasket for the mounting screws are slightly offset. 1994 F150. This replacement light was plug and play. The screw holes and electrical connector matched perfectly. The included gasket is basically a sticky foam cutout which sucks and is the main reason for 4 stars instead of 5. As there were no instructions I don't know if you should glue the gasket to the truck itself or to the bodywork. bright.
