Great product, great customer service

I like that it is very easy to use and has many features for call center management. It allows you to track calls in real time from anywhere with an internet connection. The software can be difficult to learn but if you have previous experience using other PBX systems this should not pose much of a problem. It is inexpensive compared to some competitors out there as well. We used this system at work while working remotely and were able to see who was answering our phone lines when we weren't…

  • Easy access via mobile devices suchas phones etc..Has lots o ffeatures including monitoring agents' performance., tracking how long each caller spent talking wth their representative ,etc
Cons
  • Not too user friendly overall not so great inthe beginning stagesbut gets better onceyou get accustomed topretty basic

Great Product For Remote Working Employees

I use this product at work to manage my communication with clients by text messaging or through our internal web site (Pamayanet). You can track who opens/closes what tabs etc., so that you know if someone is working remotely but not communicating as much because their screen turns off during meetings for example - great way of being able understand how well people are using your software!
