I was wondering why the company supplies disposable gloves with cartridges in them, but soon found out when I went to install them. In minutes, the ink was everywhere: on the printer, on my gloves, and on my desk. It took two attempts to run the printer maintenance function before printing began. The good news is that the print quality is excellent. I'll be checking the paint cartridges more often than usual to keep leaks from clogging the heads.

As long as it works! I have an HP Officejet 6978 and the cartridges came a few hours after I ordered them. I was able to print a clear label for a watch that I really need to return. Very clear, no streaks! So glad to find this product because Walgreens no longer refills and the regular cost for all 4 cartridges together is $60 which is ridiculous! All 3 color cartridges installed. 1 was rejected by the printer (yellow cartridge). I have attempted to install and reinstall this cartridge multiple times and have performed the printer maintenance and cartridge alignment procedures. I had to buy a yellow HP cartridge to get the printer working again. Reluctant to buy non-OEM cartridges again even though 2 out of 3 cartridges worked. That's the trouble factor. I was hesitant to use third party inks at first. But since I print a lot, I wanted to try a generic brand to see how it would go together. The price was much lower than the HP brand and I don't see any difference in ink quality. I'm glad to have found a way to keep printing costs reasonable without sacrificing quality. Highly recommended.

HP is constantly trying to make third party inks difficult to use, but this ink works great! Due to printer software updates, I'm having problems with other brands of ink. Manufacturers must constantly update their chips to keep up with HP's attempts to render their inks unusable. This ink was easy to install and worked right out of the box! The ink cartridges were great but my HP Officejet Pro 6978 wouldn't accept them and wouldn't print anything with them 🖨. This is the second HP 🖨 printer that won't let me print anything unless it only had HP ink cartridges. So I will buy another printer but will never buy an HP product again. Unless it's a pure HP product and I absolutely need it for my business.

This ink should have gone into my HP printer. I didn't want to buy official HP inks because they are very expensive and I don't use my printer that often. I've had issues in the past with other cartridges not working or loading straight into my printer, which was frustrating but not too bad considering I didn't pay much for them. However, I am very happy with the Palmtree cartridges as I have not had any problems with them. If I need ink again, I'll buy from Palmtree. Highly recommended.

Great product! I use Palmtree inks because they are affordable and produce excellent quality in both black and white and color. Added a photo so you can see how vivid the colors are. I haven't had any issues with the ink (like bad colors or bleeding) and they last a long time. The support team is also always ready to help if you need help installing the ink or have any questions.
