Disappointing Performance and Fragile Material

After trying this bakeware, my expectations were not met. The stoneware easily cracks and chips, making it a costly investment in the long run. The performance was subpar, as food cooked unevenly and stuck to the surface.

Average quality at a top price

I bought a 9x13 pan back in the 90's and was told it had a lifetime warranty. A hairline crack developed so I called my Pampered Chef representative and she said I needed the receipt or she couldn't replace it. I bought another one in 2008 but kept the receipt. The handle broke so I contacted Pampered Chef headquarters and was told they only have a three year warranty and would not replace it. But it bakes well, I have stoneware that cooks just as well for a quarter of the price. The quality of
