We have always used Baby Dry Nighttime and they fit my 15 month old perfectly. He pees a lot at night, he had a score of 4 and he peed in his diaper so we chose a score of 5. This is a lousy replacement for discontinued "Extra Protection" diapers. My son wore the old version every night for over a year without a single leak and had leaks every 3 nights we used it. They are very thin and clearly do not have the additional absorbing channels that were present in the old version. I compared them to a regular "daytime diaper" and there was no difference.
