They are kept in solids.

As expected they fill up quickly in the pool so don't really absorb liquids. They do retain solids though, so there's no shame if the pool closes because your kid's Snickers bar escaped. They work well during the short season in life when babies need a swim diaper before they pee in the pool like the rest of us.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Large and bulky

We really enjoyed these swim nappies on our vacation. My daughter is 18 months old and has used these diapers for both the ocean/beach and the pool. She has never had a #2 accident and (as far as I can tell) she has never had a #1 accident. She wears a swim diaper for up to 3 hours which is a very long time considering most other swim diapers!

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly torn

They don't absorb squats

I tried two diapers out of the box and the rest are thrown away. Both times my toddler peed from our house into the pool maybe 10 minutes away and they didn't suck anything up. He was soaking wet, his suit and car seat soaked, I took him into the pool one last time and his pee ran out of his diaper and fell on my arm. There is another brand that is a competitor that is much better and holds solids and liquids.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Only available in black
