Very good. The cable TV filter could not be used because it cuts off part of the digital signal provided by the cable company.

With this device in the game, I feel a little more secure with my expensive equipment. I'm glad it cleans up the power signal and is always ready for power surges. He's doing his job.

SPD Hi-Definition for 8 outlets is a great replacement for our old SPD. The Panamax has the same number of sockets and better protects our home theater system. The block has a lower profile than our old one and is more compact. We've had our old surge protector for over 15 years and it worked fine, but the Panamax should do better and in a smaller space.

Really didn't want to spend that much just for surge protectors. I'm generally happy with the Tripp-Lite branded products, but I needed a 12V trigger output feature. After burning some cheap "Eco" switchable power strips, I realized I needed something much higher quality needed (I use this to turn on/off power amp). This is an excellent power management and surge protector. What I noticed right away on my 65" DLP TV is that the picture is cleaner and the colors are brighter. I agree with Andreas Sonck's review of June 13, 2017. It doesn't work with my DishTV signal. It removes part of the incoming signal and causes random picture distortions and/or picture dropouts (the screen goes black before turning the device off/on). This is unfortunate as an outdoor satellite dish is vulnerable to lightning strikes that can strike directly into the antenna receiver box.
