It's a beast!: Mirrorless Cameras

It's great for photos and videos and has cool features I didn't even know existed. Post focus is a really cool feature. However, the high frame rate and uncompressed video are the best things about this camera. It works very well, very quiet, fast, great autofocus, cool touchscreen and great hand feel. I've used it for interviews, professional photo shoots, studio work and music videos and it still disappoints. Lots of people ask what gear I use and have even bought it for themselves after…

Get firmware updates!

Love this camera! Easy and uncomplicated. I had no experience with a camera that wasn't on the iPhone so to say I was a beginner when I bought this is an understatement. It took a lot of practice, reading and more importantly watching Youtube to figure out all the settings (there are a lot of them! - at least for a beginner). The only problem I have right now is that I take so many videos and photos. , I need to increase the amount of memory significantly! The only downside I can point to this…

The camera is amazing but BUYER BEWARE!

I love this camera. Stabilization has changed the way I shoot weddings. It's very nice to use a 70-200mm lens on a wedding toast monopod. Dual card slot is great. When a card ends, it switches to the next. I haven't played in variable frame rate for slow motion or 4:2:2, but it's the most exciting thing I've had from a camera since I first got my GH1 years ago. So how can I rate it so highly with my rank? Well, my warning, this is not a defect with the camera, but rather with the seller on…
