Pros: -4k 60p-1080 180p 10-bit 4:2:2-2 SD slots - In Body Image Stabilization - 20 MP Sensor - Under $2,000 - High FPS photos - 6,000 photos (30fps, 18MP burst) - 4K photos (60fps, 8MP burst) - Excellent ergonomics - Excellent battery life - Compact (slightly larger than the GH4) - Complete movable touchscreen - Wide range of lenses (Lumix, Olympus and adapted lenses) Cons: - Not great in low light (although improved over the GH4) - Requires additional accessories for use in professional settings (e.g. XLR extension, shoulder rest , focus tracking, external monitor, boom microphone, etc.) - Protocol profile must be purchased separately. This is an amazing little bundle that can make cameras four times more money than they cost. The Lumix DC-GH5 blurs the lines between pro and pro with features like 4k at 60p, 10-bit 4:2:2 internal recording and more. Future firmware updates will continue to blur those lines with a 400Mbps codec! This is an immersive camera that gives you amazing photos and videos (admittedly more on the videos page). A must-have for the aspiring photographer/filmmaker on a budget.
