I'm an elementary school teacher and I bought this sharpener for my class. It didn't work very long. I ended up having to throw it away. I was very unsatisfied with this product.

I really like this sharpener's ability to sharpen both Prismacolor and Derwent pencils despite their different thicknesses. This is the only one I've found that does this, except you have to choose different sizes. Simplicity is the answer!

Bought this sharpener for our art center. This lasted about a year before he died. We paid €40 for it, assuming it would last a long time. But it seems to last as long as the cheaper ones. That worked very well in the beginning. If you don't drive it as many miles as we do, it might last longer.
