Three years of experience and still going strong.

In the introduction to this review, I'm not sure why my experience was so good compared to other reviews. When I bought it, it came with a detachable rubber boot with wrist strap, so maybe that was the differentiating factor. Bought it in November 2013 for $157.37 and reviewed it in June 2016 (still using it at the time of this review). Panasonic DMC-TS2 with sample videos

I really like the overall sturdiness of this camera. Walking horses all day and being able to take a video/photo and then put it in your pocket without worrying about it falling out of your pocket and breaking is a dream come true! I'm used to carrying a Nikon D200 with an extended lens, so this is a whole new experience! Great camera Real world amateur photographer

We received these to replace our Olympus Tough which was given to teenagers after years of loyal service. We have just returned from a trip to Canada's National Parks and couldn't get enough of it. The camera took great photos (to our untrained eye, at least) in a variety of conditions, morning to midday, sun to rain, indoors and outdoors, close-up and far away.
