Ok, 1 star may seem mean but I bought this DVD as a MULTI REGIONAL DVD. What I received was a REGION 1 DVD player. There is a sticker on the box saying it's multi-region, but the back of the box clearly says it's only region 1. Tried to play region 2 DVD and failed, played region 1 DVD and no problem. I hope whoever is responsible for the labeling makes sure the box itself says Region Free and no sticky label. This is being returned in the hope that I will receive what I have requested and that

What arrived was only 220-240v 50hz Europe although it was shipped from somewhere in Kentucky. Who doesn't pay attention? Why would anyone in Kentucky stock only Europe/Africa/Asia voltage and frequency DVD players in a US warehouse and why ship them to a US address?
