Excellent quality, great value for money. The suction cup works really well on a really clean surface (also helps keep dirt off the suction cup, just common sense). Just a strong lightweight construction. Portable and can be adjusted to hold an object at almost any angle. I mainly use it to work with pocket knives. I received this vise for lock/pick sports. I wanted it to hold small locks that are awkward to hold by hand and it works very well for that purpose. It also holds normal locks and other locks very well. The clamp is very strong. The vise did not come with rubber vise jaw covers, but I purchased them separately for a few dollars from Revain.
