Panthers Claw Barry Bernard Review

I liked it very much. Good puzzle with lots of twists and turns. This is a classic black and white detective filmed without all of the special effects that are often present in modern movies. A nice long story that will appeal to fans of mysticism.

Poor Everett P. Digberry (Byron Fulger) always goes to the wrong place under totally suspicious circumstances time in the wrong place. His trips to the police station are frequent and tiring for a perpetually perplexed wig maker who anxiously awaits the return of his wife and five daughters. Hilarious and at times comical crime story. Easy browsing. Sidney Blackmer and Byron Fulger are the two main characters. Blackmer is an intelligent police detective who speaks softly and solves murders using his wits and instincts. Fulger makes wigs mainly for opera houses. In his usual acting style, Fulger plays a mouse man who seems completely confused by life. Fulger is suspected of two murders, but Blackmer just doesn't believe it. Well, there are no bad cats in this movie. There's some laughs, a good story, character actors to rely on, and a prosecutor who wants re-election. The public prosecutor assumes that it was the manufacturer of the mouse wigs. Impossible, says the policeman. It's not a big secret. Several people were killed, but of course there was no blood, no curses, and the cops were polite. The film is gritty, but not so much that you don't understand what's going on.
