Fits Como-Tomo Bottles. My only complaint is that it pops out when I screw it into my pump if you overtighten it. I used to tighten all the other parts to keep the milk from spilling out. It still works fine, it's just an annoyance.

If the pump looks like this then it will not fit properly and will not screw into place. The gray part is too long so it doesn't connect well and you could lose all your expressed milk. However my husband cut off some of the gray areas below to allow it to sit properly and now it works great! It was pretty easy for him, he just used a razor to trim the edge a bit, so if you're willing to do that works great.

There is a rubber seal that is sure to get lost if you pump milk on the go or clean it in the dishwasher. Not clear or transparent like the Boon Nursh adapter that fits Comotomo bottles without a seal. Feels like plastic is cheaper than Boon Nursh. The worst thing is that it doesn't seem to be returnable - Boon Nursh can be returned if it hasn't been used. So if like me you want to see if it fits your Pump and Komoto bottles, buy Boon Nursh first.

I just LOVE this but; The silicone ring doesn't "close" well and I've already lost one after only two uses in the dishwasher (hence my 3 star rating). They still work, but I have to be very careful when removing them after pumping or they lose a ton (making it easier to use when pumping at home rather than at work). As there is nothing else on the market it works. Less carryover from bottle to bottle is good for many reasons, but there are things that could be better. Printing is a joke. I've had milk spills a few times when I go to the kitchen to close the lid or when it fills up and the milk squirts out a bit. I love these adapters so much I now have 2 sets! I'm a working pumping mom and I love that I now have fewer things to clean or worry about! No more spills after transferring to storage bags after pumping or back to the bottle! This saves me time pumping and at night! Loved the trick mentioned by another reviewer - Medela bottle tops are unscrewed for transport home! With 2 sets I can complete any of my pumping sessions and I'm done! The adapters seem to have a great seal - I'm not worried about
