I was very impressed with this quilling kit! I bought this to make Christmas decorations and the color variety was perfect and you get exactly what is shown in the picture. The scissors are very high quality and they are magnetic so the pins stick to them making them easy to find if lost. If you make unique shapes, you should use this cork board! Everything comes in an empty box with a listing of the items on the back. Individual elements are made of plastic. I removed most of the plastic bags before taking the picture. There are some very easy instructions with photos as well as a few free patterns. I also watched a few YouTube videos for ideas as I had never tried quilling before.
