Easy way manage employee scheduling and planning

It help to organize your schedule in advance so it’s very easy for me as an admin or supervisor who have lots of tasks/projects at once but don't always complete them all by myself! I can see my employees' progress online too which makes things easier if there are changes required (e.g., sick days). There isn't any user interface that i dislike about this app; however sometimes when using mobile phones they do get stuck especially during heavy traffic times etc. The main benefit would be being
