User Friendly and very cost efficient software for tracking field service reps

I like that this is user friendly to all levels in our organization from maintenance personnel through management level employees who are not programmers or computer savvy! It has made it so easy with no manual entry needed which saves time & money!! We do have some minor issues but they can be figured out without much trouble if you ask questions about them before purchasing such things (like we did). Great product and Easy Setup/Training

I like how easy it is to use this system in our small plant with only 5 employees compared other systems that take more time setting up than we have available at work days because they are very complex! We don't really need all features but if you can get them then its great!! Also some companies do not allow access from outside so make sure your office has proper permissions before purchasing or even opening any account online. Great Plant Scheduler and Order Management Tool

Easy to use with all in one functionality including production planning & scheduling of orders (as well as receiving) is great! It can be hard at times getting it set up if you don't have someone who knows how to work this system very proficiently but once your out there running smoothly its amazing!! Everything just automated smoothly for me as per my requirements and expectations

The system is easy to use once you get used with it; very user friendly interface that makes everything simple without any difficulty in understanding or learning how things work here at parityfactorysolutions.
