I am very disappointed. This tool must and must have a magnet in the socket to hold the bits. He was absent. I'm just glad I wasn't out in the woods trying to adjust my bike seat when the bit fell out of its socket. I expected better quality from Park Tools!

Park Tools - the gold standard in bike tools. A torque wrench is needed to ensure you are not over tightening or over tightening the bolts on your bike. This small, portable kit is easy to take with you in your bike bag, but will probably easily fit in your toolbox. This is a modest investment but a great example of a simple tool with a good design. Highly recommended.

Purchased a week ago. It really speeds up time in business. However, one day I dropped this item at waist level in the store. The handle is broken. I contacted Park Tool and was told that it appears they are not reporting on this as they believe it is abusive. EVERYONE who uses tools frequently has at some point dropped a tool or fastener. I am very disappointed as I have been a very loyal Park Tool customer.

High quality. Ideal for normal 6 Nm tension on bicycles. However, I cannot confirm the true accuracy. You have to trust the tool. Update: The wrench's magnetic handle pulls the bit into the socket and holds it against gravity, but doesn't hold it when removed from the bolt. It either stays in the latch or comes into the store every time. The discomfort increases when, like me, you lose a little. The 3mm bit is somewhere near the beginning of the track. Sigh.
