it interrupted me to the point where I looked like Frankenstein's monster.

I promise I will explain the 5 star rating. Having used multi-blade razors my whole life, I assumed the learning curve for this razor would be relatively flat because of this, I couldn't be more wrong. When I first used this razor, it cut me to the point where I looked like Frankenstein's monster. To be honest, I should mention that I shave my face and head in one go. So I used this razor and some shaving soap I bought and spent about 30 minutes shaving my head. I had long cuts and felt likeโ€ฆ

It worked fine for a while, then not anymore.

I bought this razor in May so I've had it for 6 or 7 months now and it's completely useless. The adjusting nut that tightens the blade head loosens as you shave. After two or three hits, the nut is so loose that the blade head begins to open, causing the razor blade to shift and cut the face. I intend to contact the manufacturer to see if they are willing to repair or replace the defective part. That HUGE issue aside the razor is great when it works and I would buy it again knowing that theโ€ฆ

When wet shaving was really fun

. I am new to wet shaving with a dual blade razor. The first razor I bought was part of a kit and it shaved well, but maybe too well. Of course this was my first foray, but I had to be very careful or I would have many cuts or razor cuts. I quickly realized that not all razors are created equal and some are "softer" or "more aggressive" than others. Apparently that first razor was aggressive. It's also a 3-piece construction, which isn't bad, but I'm getting tired of taking it apart, cleaningโ€ฆ

  • MEDIUM. This razor weighs 2.3 ounces to make shaving easier. Less tension, twitching and pulling on the blade as the weight of the razor does the work. Less expensive, lighter razors just don't shave like the Parker Safety Razor
