I bought this razor in May so I've had it for 6 or 7 months now and it's completely useless. The adjusting nut that tightens the blade head loosens as you shave. After two or three hits, the nut is so loose that the blade head begins to open, causing the razor blade to shift and cut the face. I intend to contact the manufacturer to see if they are willing to repair or replace the defective part. That HUGE issue aside the razor is great when it works and I would buy it again knowing that the problem with the faulty part is fixed but stopping and tightening the adjustment nut is 16-20 times in one shave just annoying. deal with. Update on my review: I contacted the company and let them know about the issue I was having with their product. I was contacted by customer service the same day, they were very nice and offered to send me a free replacement immediately. I found their response time excellent and their problem solving perfect. I really like the razor, the broken part just drove me crazy when I shaved with it.
