That's a very, very good sign. Well mounted, on thick aluminum. Fairly reflective and looks like it will hold up well to the elements. Good deal for the price I paid (just under $30).

The sign solved our problem. In town the cops will fine cars that block our private road but will not tow them. They'll put up a sign for hundreds of dollars. For around $40 this sign looks amazingly formal and for the four weeks it's worth it. NOT ONE car was parked in the driveway. In fact, I've watched people try to fit in but then leave.
