UPDATE: I have sent a letter to customer service SEVEN times in 3 weeks. No Answer. Worse: 2 phone numbers in China are disabled. My plumber told me that a broken part can only be reproduced with PARLOS, and this plumber knows his stuff. Buy this or anything else from PARLOS at your own risk. And the reason I can't return to Revain is because I booked it before I found out my plumber was booked 4 weeks early and the return window has just closed.
