Nice headlights for my Seadoo trailer

I use them on the Yacht Club trailer for a couple of Seadoo. They were very easy to install by drilling a separate small hole for each wire and securing with 2 stainless steel screws. One wire goes to ground, the other to the turn signals. If the lights don't come on after you plug them in, you probably swapped the wires (been there, done) even if you followed the instructions which were hot and which were grounded.

good headlights. at work

Bought these lights for my boat trailer. They look great and are really bright. The 2 wires coming out the back of the light are too far apart and need a big hole or 2 separate holes to go through. I finally plugged them in and after a fishing trip one of the yellow bulbs had already burned out. I'll probably buy a replacement set just because I drilled all the new holes for it. I hope it was just bad light. The time will show.

Beautiful little lights on steering wheel

I installed them on my boy's steering wheel and connected them with a switch along with the fog lights which I use as headlights. The lights themselves are beautiful and bright, with deep color. As a quick note, the white wire is ground/neutral and the black wire is active. This is obvious to most people working with electronics, but for an amateur like me it took a quick reset to get the correct connection after connecting over 10 other wires to black as negative.

Questionable quality

Looks good, works. They are brighter than many taillights, maybe a little brighter than I would like. My biggest complaint is that after 1 month of use, one of the yellow lights became very dim and then fully functional. I checked the wires, ground and power were fine. I then connected the light directly to the 12 volt battery and nothing. My only guess is that it either burned out or had internal corrosion. Aside from one block breaking, I liked the headlights.

The wires exit out the back and are fairly widely spaced, requiring about a 1/2 inch opening to pass through.

They are surface mount and will work. far apart they need a 1/2 inch diameter hole to go through which is a problem when working with a thick steel trailer. If the wires were closer together and ideally had a groove in the case to hide them rather than drilling another hole I would give them 5 stars it would be really stupid to put them that far apart.

Very pleasant to the touch and appearance. The light is bright when it is on. * The only complaint about the warranty is one star: the wires coming out of the back didn't match their exit from the plastic case. Some of them were compactly connected by wires, while in others the two wires were further apart. This made installation difficult as holes were drilled for wiring, but some of the wires were so far apart that the holes had to be lengthened or increased in diameter to prevent…
