This RV tail light serves four functions: stop light, turn signal light, and taillight, and backup light in the center, this is white LEDs. It is a really nice low profile light for the back of your trailer or RV or motor home. In fact, it can make a really nice upgrade for any kind of vehicle that you're putting these on;. This rectangular trailer light has a surface mount installation, so it mounts directly on the surface of your trailer, of your application, screws included for mounting. With two reflector strips built in top and bottom, it can be mounted oriented horizontally or vertically, whatever suits your application. Also a mounting gasket goes in between the light and the mounting surface, which creates a tight seal and offers some cushion behind the actual light;. This Triple LED Trailer Light is hardwired with 6 wires: White is the ground, Blue is backup/reverse light, green and yellow is high mode for stop or turn signals, black(with 1/3 yellow) and brown(with 1/3 green) is low mode for tail or running lights;. Overall dimensions: Overall length is 14 inches approx. and overall width is about 6-7/8 inches, and the light is about half an inch thick, but with the little knob where the wires all come out, it's about 1 inch, so you may need to cut out a hole to allow that to go in. UNDERSTAND your van's wiring FIRST!

Two very important things to consider are 1) the condition of the area directly around the RV's tail lights and 2) your RV's electrical wiring. relatively easy to install. If it is rotten or damaged, you can do more damage when you remove and install it. (We had one each). Also, pay attention to your RV's tail light wiring diagram and make sure it matches. It didn't happen to us, but once we understood our wiring and the wiring for the new taillights, things were pretty easy.

Wiring can be confusing but good headlights

bulbs are nice and bright but instructions are not included so wiring can be confusing at first. You just need to remember that 2 sets of wires are tied together (black (with 1/3 yellow) and brown (with 1/3 green) are tied together, and green and yellow are tied together to illuminate both sides of the lights. I have attached mine to the tractor behind the trailer so i didn't connect a reverse wire first you have to decide which wire does what on your car so i used the process of elimination…

Worked well on a 24.1 2015 Thor axle, Partsam Rectangular Triple LED Trailer Tail Light

Installed on a 2015 Thor 24.1 axle Wiring from truck to light (which I used): White to White Green outside to yellow green inside to green red to blue black right to brown black left black yellow left ground white no connection The original had 3 wires to the left light and 3 wires to the right light. In the middle were 2 wires. The reverse photo on the left was the original lamp but shows the original wiring. I cut and reattached/soldered the old wires and used heat shrink to fill in. I sealed

Which cable color for what?

Installing these on my 2017 Thorax 24.1 Motorhome, they fit perfectly in the bolt holes, the only problem I had was figuring out the wiring as it didn't match the colour, from - for the only common colour they had a white ground wire. I searched and searched for which wire color on the new taillights for which light but found nothing.
