I love this decoration set, it's easy and everything fits together! Only thing is the star balloons didn't hold helium that well but the other balloons were fine! I would buy this again! The fringed backdrop has adhesive at the top so it's super easy to apply!

NOTE: Recently (November 2019) helium is very expensive. It was $5 a ball for big numbers and stars. I highly recommend you buy a helium tank from Party City or Wal-Mart. I bought this set for my daughter's Sweet 16 birthday party. It fit perfectly and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it contained more items than I expected. Highly recommended. You will not regret it.

We used everything from the kit except the star garland. All items were of excellent quality. My daughter and her friends weren't particularly interested in the photo props, but I thought they were cute and very well made (sturdy). I also liked the polka dot confetti. The dots were a lot bigger than I expected but looked amazing on my white tablecloth. Delivery was as promised within two days.

I received my package a few days earlier than expected. And I was very happy when I opened it, everything was in its place. Large neatly packaged and presented handy set of ready to use birthday decorations including even a cake topper for 16 sweet cakes and a belt (although we were unfamiliar with it and had already ordered from elsewhere separately). I ordered this set and was EXTREMELY disappointed! This was a special occasion and the most important part of the set were the #16 balloons. The 6th balloon was covered with very small holes and as a result the 6th balloon did NOT stay inflated. There was also the letter H from the Happy Birthday balloon set which also had very small holes that had to be covered with tape to keep them inflated.... As long as you follow the instructions, blowing up the Happy Birthday banner was easy and looked amazing when we hung it. The number of balloons was huge. We loved her!
