PassagePoint EDU - User friendly passbook alternative

The ease of use of the system. It's really easy to set up with no tech support required. I wish that we could have some additional options for more advanced users. We used Passpoint back when I was at my previous employer but it had many problems. Nothing specifically, but just overall issues with it. This is a great product and I would definitely recommend trying it. Easy to set up, easy to manage, and easy to train your teachers/staff on how to use. It's easy, straight forward user…

Pros
  • Easeful access via mobile device using iPad app also helps too since most people are accessing from smartphones these days instead tablets because iPads take awhile longer time before shipping
Cons
  • It is hard to say

PassagePoint is easy to navigate and simple enough for anyone

I like that you can see all your students at one time, if they have not logged into edu yet or even just loggin out/in! It's great when having class set ups where there could be anywhere from 5 - over 30+ people attending each session!! You also don't want everyone logging onto this system as it slows down things sometimes. Sometimes with 20 something kids coming through its hard keeping track who got what student id number how many sessions were attended etc... So far so good though :) We use

Pros
  • Passage Point has been a great way to stay up to date with kids and keep all the paperwork straight
Cons
  • I wish there was an easier way to track the kids and their attendance
